To begin this post, we could drone on about words like "well-being," "relaxation," "serenity," and "inner peace." Perhaps you would stop reading there: "boring," "mundane," you would think. Or, on the contrary, you would swallow each of these words eagerly because they resonate within you as something obvious, something necessary. In any case, it is with one word in mind, a precise and essential word, that we invite you to read this post: ME!
We organize yoga, Pilates, and cross-training sessions, stays, and retreats to support you in this quest.
A quest that will lead you inexorably toward well-being, relaxation, serenity, and inner peace.
And no, these words are not overused. They are the essence, the driving force of our beings.
Here, in the heart of Sant'Amanza Bay, facing the sea, they represent rediscovered energy.
June 1, 8, and 15, September 21, and October 5, 12, and 19 for a cross-training brunch with Julie Vacca: a variety of cardio and muscle-strengthening exercises with short but intense sequences. Engage your entire body with cross-training before brunching overlooking the Big Blue and relaxing on the beach or by the pool.
June 2-5 for a "Yoga & Sea Waves" retreat: a combination of yoga and dance. Movement to release tension. With professional dancer Laure Dary, the focus will be on (re)connecting with yourself, slimming, toning, and becoming more flexible.
October 10-13 for a Pilates retreat: Lugdivine Meytre's motto? "No pressure, no rigid rules," but first steps, small gestures to begin the big change.
From October 17th to 19th, for a wellness weekend: 4 specialists (Jean-Pierre Riboulet, master yogi; Vinodkumar M. Narayanan, Ayurvedic practitioner; Julie Vacca, sports coach; and our radio-star herbalist, Martine Blaize de Peretti) for 3 days of total (re)connection.
Yes, by scheduling these moments, we're thinking of you. Or more precisely, your "self." What about you?
