What to do in Bonifacio and the surrounding areas?

What could we say about the Sperone golf course that has not already been said? That it is a unique place? An exceptional golf course? But you already knew that, didn't you? And you probably know that its eighteen holes include some known and recognised as the most spectacular in the world. That in order to reach the famous number 16, players must drive over the sea? But did you know that playing golf on this very spot on the island of Corsica, on the edge of the cliffs of Bonifacio, is synonymous with breathing? Breathing in the sea breeze and the maquis. Breathing in life itself. And did you know that Sperone golf course is located close to the U Capu Biancu hotel?

Bonifacio … An age-old city made even more beautiful and attractive by the twists and turns of the centuries. Bonifacio the pious, whose town walls are filled with religious monuments. Whose secular alleys, once brought to life by the hustle and bustle of town criers, water carriers and other pedlars, are simply teeming with incredible adventures. A Bonifacio whose history rises above the bastion. Following our guide, you'll shudder at the thought of the great plague of 1526, the incessant sieges (including the most terrible of all, led by Dragut the Pirate) and the dramatic sinking of the Sémillante in 1855.
