The beach hut at U Capu Biancu, in southern Corsica, is also made of crunchy bites and flavors to savor. From June 14th through September, you can enjoy lunch, dinner, or simply “chill” there. Fresh salads, grilled fish, and other delicacies add to the relaxed atmosphere of this unique spot.

A Fresh Table in Bonifacio

If you’re traveling near Bonifacio, you simply cannot miss lunch at U Capu Biancu’s beach hut — whether you’re staying at the hotel or not. Facing the sea, under the shade of a green roof — a symbol of our innate natural spirit and love for Corsica and the treasures it offers — you’ll discover sun-drenched dishes. You’ll savor local products, most of which — especially the aromatic herbs, vegetables, and fruits — come from our own permaculture farm, Capu Verde. And if your heart and body feel like it, you can even enjoy an energizing “cross lunch” on Sundays.

Those Evenings

U Capu Biancu’s beach hut is also the scene of memorable and indulgent evenings: on Fridays and Saturdays, guests dine around a fire pit. Due to popular demand, it will now also open on Sunday evenings with a light and flavorful menu. During the rest of the week, by reservation, you can enjoy an “apérosé” by lantern light: in the setting of your choice — the intimacy of a gazebo, the bar terrace, beneath the pergola, or by the poolside — savory and sweet verrines are served alongside a glass of Corsican wine.

Because one treasure — no matter how delicious and convivial — is never enough, we’ve thought of you, shopping lovers! An elegant open-air boutique adjoins the beach hut. Far more than a simple shopping spot, it’s a true source of island creativity, offering clothing, jewelry, and decorative objects crafted by Corsican artisans. Entering is allowing yourself a journey into the heart of Corsica. It’s daring originality. Even better, it’s celebrating creativity. For gentlemen, it’s the perfect chance to sip a cocktail while your lady discovers her dream swimsuit. And vice versa...

What would a beach hut be without a beach? Just a few steps below, U Capu Biancu beach reveals shimmering waters and golden sands. We’ve set up a charming driftwood hut there, where our beach attendants prepare refreshing cocktails, serve cool drinks, reserve your sunbed or canopy bed, and ensure you fully enjoy this marine retreat. A jetty extends into the sea — Pilou, our skipper, will take you there after picking you up from your boat.
