If you’re traveling near Bonifacio, you simply cannot miss lunch at U Capu Biancu’s beach hut — whether you’re staying at the hotel or not. Facing the sea, under the shade of a green roof — a symbol of our innate natural spirit and love for Corsica and the treasures it offers — you’ll discover sun-drenched dishes. You’ll savor local products, most of which — especially the aromatic herbs, vegetables, and fruits — come from our own permaculture farm, Capu Verde. And if your heart and body feel like it, you can even enjoy an energizing “cross lunch” on Sundays.
Those Evenings
U Capu Biancu’s beach hut is also the scene of memorable and indulgent evenings: on Fridays and Saturdays, guests dine around a fire pit. Due to popular demand, it will now also open on Sunday evenings with a light and flavorful menu. During the rest of the week, by reservation, you can enjoy an “apérosé” by lantern light: in the setting of your choice — the intimacy of a gazebo, the bar terrace, beneath the pergola, or by the poolside — savory and sweet verrines are served alongside a glass of Corsican wine.
