This is a tale of adventure — of a taste exploration led by Antoine, the bartender at U Capu Biancu. For the past six years, Antoine has made this bar his creative playground, constantly experimenting with flavors, colors, and aromas. From his past as an athlete, he’s kept a strong team spirit (and what a team we have here!), along with discipline and drive — especially the drive to go further, to seek out new ideas, new scents, and new combinations from near and far.
Capu Cocktails – House-Made with Heart
Creating a cocktail takes boldness — something Antoine and his team have in abundance, just like their creations. Their inspiration flows with your tastes and desires: ginger-infused drinks, rosemary-, thyme-, or pesto-scented infusions, cocktails with or without alcohol, sugar-free or sweet. Every cocktail captures the essence of Corsica: the herbs from U Capu Biancu’s garden (like rosemary, basil, or verbena), or locally crafted products like the immortelle syrup from the Jardin d’Alesani.
